Hands-On Team Building Generate team spirit through our hands-on cooking classes. Reward your group with an afternoon or evening learning how to prepare tasty dishes from our staff of culinary experts. Classes are held in the warm, friendly environment of our fabulous show kitchen. A session begins with a brief reception of light hors d'oeuvres. Students are split into several groups and participate in the preparation of various meal parts. The session culminates into a fabulous three-course meal that they have prepared in their class! | Private Dinner Party Tired of the same old parties? What better way to celebrate than with an afternoon or evening learning about the preparation of tasty dishes from our staff of culinary professionals. Classes are held in the warm, friendly environment of our fabulous showcase kitchen. A session begins with a brief reception of light hors d'oeuvres. Your personal chef will then entertain and educate your group for two enjoyable hours. The session culminates with a fabulous three-course meal that you and your group will never forget. Base Cost : $45 per person Includes: reception, cooking class, recipes, lunch or dinner (for our clients who wish to bring wine, our chefs can recommend complimentary wines with our menus) Class recommended size: 8-16. Gourmet Gatherings In addition to our scheduled classes, Verducci's also hosts monthly food and wine tastings called Gourmet Gatherings. During these gatherings, we explore various food themes, cuisine from a particular culture or region of the world and often times, a gathering is a focused tasting on a specific food item, such as foie gras. Whatever the theme, there is always an abundance of food and fun. Gourmet Gatherings are unique cultural opportunities to experience new and exciting tastes, meet new people and learn the most cutting edge culinary trends. Base Cost: Varies according to menu (Group Discounts Available) Includes: Wine Reception, Complimentary Wine Tastings, Passed Hors d'oeuvres, Food Tasting Presentations, Educational Literature and Recipes.
